'Honour of Kings' is an online multiplayer mobile game, developed by Tencent Games. Tencent is a Chinese developer company, who is the publisher of PUBG Mobile.
According to the report, Tencent’s mobile game Honor of Kings generated over $240 million in total revenue in September. And it becomes the top revenue generator of world wide mobile game. Compareded to September 2019 this game has increased 87% year on year.
'PUBG MOBILE' generated over $198 million in September, which was 13.3% up compared to the 2019 September.
In fact, Honor of Kings defeats PUBG MOBILE in revenue due to the Indian government banning the PUBG Mobile on Sept-1. On Sept-4, Tencent reported a nearly $42 billion loss in market value in just two days following the Indian government banning. India was the biggest market for PUBG Moblie. So after India banned PUBG, Honor of Kings revenue became high than PUBG Mobile.
