How to make custom animated stickers for WhatsApp

Required : Animated Sticker Maker, File Manager, Your WhatsApp and your friend’s message.

Animated Stickers Making Tutorial

Step-1 :

Install Animated Sticker "Animated Sticker Maker for WhatsApp WASticker Apps(early access)" app which is available in google play store.

After installing, as you see there is few steps to create animated sticker. After creating that, if you click “add to WhatsApp”, that will not be added or will be shown error message.

Step-2 :

Ask your friend to send you, any one sticker. Make sure the sticker your friend sending is not be in your Whatsapp’s favourite sticker collection as well as recently used sticker collection.

Step-3 :

Go to File manager. Click three dots, click ‘Sort By’ and choose ‘modification time’. Also enable the option 'Show hidden files’ which will be there in file manager settings.

Open the folder Whatsapp>>Media>>Whatsapp Stickers then copy the first folder’s name.

Step-4 :

Then there will be one file named ‘.animsticks’. Open that and click first folder. Then there will be a .webp file at first. That is the file of which you created the animated sicker in that app. Rename that webp’s name to which you copied.

Copy that file to the Location, Whatsapp>>Media>>Whatsapp Stickers and paste there.

Step-5 :

That’s all. Now clear the recent apps and open whatsapp and see your friend’s message. That sticker will be changed to you created animated sticker. Now add that to favorite and share to your friends and enjoy..
